Orders & Shipping

How long does processing take before my order ships?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Where do you ship to and what are the costs?

We currently offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by destination.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We can only accommodate requests if the order has not yet entered the packaging process.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Products & Sizing

How can I find the right size for Dresses, Tops, or Outerwear?

Each product page has a detailed size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing your body measurements to the chart for the best fit, as sizing can vary between styles and brands.

Are the colors of the products accurate in the photos?

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor settings and lighting conditions, there may be slight variations between the image and the actual item.

Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?

We currently do not offer physical gift cards or gift wrapping services. All orders are shipped in our standard, discreet packaging.
